We are currently hiring for:
Personal Care Aides (PCAs)
Home Health Aides (HHAs)
Companions / Caregivers
No matter your experience level, we provide the training and tools needed to succeed in the home care field.
What You’ll Do
As a caregiver at Life Home Care LLC, you will provide non-medical assistance that supports clients’ independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities may include:
Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Medication reminders
Companionship and emotional support
Transportation and errands
Ohio Requirements & Compliance
As a home care provider operating in the state of Ohio, Life Home Care LLC follows all applicable state regulations to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.
Employment requirements may include:
Successful completion of a criminal background check (BCI/FBI) in accordance with Ohio law
Verification of eligibility to work in the United States
Completion of required orientation and training
Compliance with all agency policies and procedures
Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
In compliance with Ohio Medicaid requirements, all caregivers are required to use Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) to document services provided.
EVV ensures:
Accurate tracking of service delivery
Accountability and transparency
Compliance with state and federal regulations
Caregivers will receive training on how to properly use EVV systems, including clocking in and out, documenting visits, and maintaining accurate records.
